We just attempted the 24hr solo at Pats Peak (our first solo). The race was great even though the weather sucked. We did 8+ hours before retiring due to nasty nasty nasty weather (our excuse anyway). Ha the guy next to us did 10 laps to our 5 and was killing the field.
The event was fantastic and if you live in the area you should put this on your calendar for next year. We stole a few pictures from the Pats Peak web site as its pretty hard to take pictures when your riding solo :)
The event holds a 6 hr, 12 hr and 24 hr solo as well as 24hr teams and a down hill race series. Even though we tried the 24hr we ended up doing the 12hr..oh well there's always next year.
